The Cannes Lions Grand Prix for Health & Wellness didn’t go to a campaign on behalf of a hospital network, insurance provider or even a nonprofit. Instead, it was a promotion for a furniture retailer.
Judges awarded the Health & Wellness Grand Prix to the ThisAbles effort for Ikea, promoting its furniture add-ons for people with disabilities. McCann Tel Aviv was the agency behind the campaign.
ThisAbles also won two Gold Lions. Also winning Gold were Viva La Vulva for Essity’s Libresse and Body Form women’s health products by AMVBBDO in London; Huawei’s campaign for its Storysign app, which helps deaf children read, by FCB Inferno in London; and the Street-Vet campaign for Purina veterinary diets by Craft Paris and Eddy in Paris.
