The National Psoriasis Foundation has partnered with digital health media company Remedy Health Media.

The collaboration will focus on developing content, such as videos or infographics, from personal stories of psoriasis sufferers and featuring it on Remedy’s health platforms, such as the patient empowerment initiative Live Bold, Live Now on HealthCentral.com.

The organizations are also planning to publish content from the National Psoriasis Foundation alongside the personal stories to encourage patients to advocate for themselves and take action to improve their health. Remedy’s employees will curate the stories.

Content from the National Psoriasis Foundation will also appear on Remedy’s social media sites, website promotions, content sharing initiatives, and email newsletters. The media company also plans to use the National Psoriasis Foundation’s patient network and events to connect with psoriasis patients.

HealthCentral, which has a wide range of content about living with psoriasis, has already featured several interactive patient stories about psoriasis on its Live Bold, Live Now initiative.

Remedy was acquired by private equity firm Topspin Partners in November.
