New Services
To meet the demands of today's marketplace and future needs of the industry, Spectrum continues to focus on innovating to achieve its health and science clients' goals. Much of this focus is thinking beyond digital, leveraging data and technology advancements that allow for increased tracking capabilities to create robust engagement strategies across multiple channels for connected, personalized experiences. In 2021, the agency formally established an engagement strategy knowledge center to better deliver connected experiences for our clients' audiences. New hire Patrick Richard, EVP, Engagement Strategy, leads Spectrum's efforts to connect with audiences in a technology-driven world, bolstering engagement capabilities to help clients find novel ways to drive audience engagement. For example, Spectrum works with Foundation Medicine (FMI) to address barriers healthcare professionals (HCPs) face learning about new programs or products. Using integrated closed-loop marketing to track activity, the team created flexible systems that implement the right technology to improve connectivity, create better experiences for HCPs and increase Foundation Medicine's sales. With EVP Patrick Richard's lead, Spectrum has brought in services including content and CX (customer experience) strategy, In addition, Spectrum hired EVP T.J. Stevens, who was previously at Johnson & Johnson, to lead technology strategy and innovation. Spectrum continues to evolve their proprietary data aggregation, insights and measurement tool Galileo6SM, with new modules to track performance dynamically and facilitate data-driven insights tailored for specific client needs. One module designed around clinical trial recruitment (CTR) allows teams to gauge end-to-end recruitment efforts though the CTR funnel, from awareness to a randomized trial patient. These efforts are led by another new hire, Suzanne Wiggins, SVP Research and Analytics, alongside longtime Spectrumite Brett Care, a key contributor to Galileo6's development, recently promoted to VP Measurement and Analytics. In addition to innovation and analytics, Spectrum built out its client services and program management functions to align with the evolving client work across advertising, medical communications and clinical trial recruitment.
