While some agencies struggled in 2021, Mosaic Group blossomed, determined to make changes and scale new heights in market access.
The IPG-owned shop achieved 70% growth, with the vast majority — 80% — from existing clients. It also brought in major new business wins, including Lilly and Pfizer.
Its purpose is to do what’s right for clients, their brands and its own people. This mission guides the team, and its organic growth success reflects that approach. Business for one of its agency-of-record clients expanded from one brand to 10, spanning multiple therapeutic categories. And it doubled its business with AbbVie, its longest-standing client.
As a full-service market access agency, it is passionate about optimizing patient access to important therapies, so patients live fulfilling lives. The team is comprised of specialists with advanced degrees in healthcare, and many have worked in the payer world. That real-world experience enables it to create relevant and compelling communications in market access strategy, communication planning, branding and creative for the 40-plus brands it partners with.
It also doubled its strategy team, adding key areas of specialization. In 2021, it added novel workshop offerings aimed at amplifying market access creative, an increasingly important element within market access. And it expanded global market access experience through increased engagement on several accounts. In addition, it beefed up digital capabilities.
The agency is dedicated to helping clients achieve optimal access, working to solve the challenges of today and tomorrow.
