Ross Toohey is a wild, weird entrepreneurial soul. The native Texan joined 2e in 2003 and took equity in 2007, expanding its focus to the research biotech industry. The decision paid off as his agency has since taken home three consecutive Small Healthcare Agency of the Year honors at the MM&M Awards. An advisor to multiple startup agencies, he’s also a founding partner in both Startup Weekend HealthBio and TEDx ThinkWell.
