Incisive opened its Brussels office last year.
Incisive Health will next month welcome Francesca Scassellati Sforzolini as head of its Brussels office, and Agnes Brandt as an account director in the Belgian capital.
In addition to nearly seven years in Burson’s Brussels office, Sforzolini has worked for FMCG brand Mars, the Europe Climate Foundation, as a freelance consultant, and most recently at supply chain support firm GS1.
Brandt has previously worked for German MEP Matthias Groote and latterly for Carbon Market Watch, a non-profit, climate change research body.
While Brandt and Sforzolini are Incisive’s permanent Brussels staff, more than half of its 28 London staff work on international clients of the agency, which include AbbVie, the Confederation of Meningitis Organisations, the Global Lung Cancer Coalition, Pfizer, Roche and Shire.

Incisive opened its Brussels office last year. Anna Dé, who was the first full-time employee of the office, left the company last summer and now operates as a consultant. Jean-Louis Roux, who joined the firm as a director in the spring and split his time between London and Brussels, left after four months to take a role with BioMarin Pharmaceutical.
