Genentech has announced the appointment of Jennifer Doudna to vice president, discovery research. Doudna will oversee the departments of protein chemistry and structural biology, and report to Richard Scheller, EVP, research and chief scientific officer.
AbelsonTaylor hired Mary Beth Holden and Benjamin Lurvey as clinical research associates. Both will report to Helen Trbovic, director of account support and recruitment services.
NextBio, a life sciences search engine provider, has announced the appointment of Andrew Grygiel to vice president of marketing. Grygiel will lead all marketing efforts at NextBio, and was most recently SVP, global marketing at Orchestria, an information protection and control firm.
