Doximity, a physician network, plans to roll out its Apple Watch app on April 24, the same day Apple is expected to release its wrist-size computer.

Doximity said its members will be able to dictate responses to medical queries by using a HIPAA-secure messaging system and transfer messages from the Apple Watch to an iPhone, iPad or Mac computer if they want to attach medical images or provide lengthier responses.

The app will alert doctors about incoming faxes and can also be used to accept or reject network connection invitations.
