Contract sales firm Publicis Selling Solutions Group hired Rick Keefer as COO. He will lead part of a reorganization of the Group and its companies—Publicis Selling Solutions, Arista Marketing Associates, and Total Learning Concepts. Most recently, Keefer was SVP, commerical operations at Biovail.
