Trade group and industry lobbying arm PhRMA is setting up shop in Dubai. The group announced Tuesday that the new offices will serve as a regional outpost for the Middle East and Africa and will be housed in DuBiotech, a life sciences cluster created in 2005 as part of an initiative to bring technology and science research into the area.

DuBiotech’s website notes that it “offers a unique business environment through a mixture of incentives such as advanced infrastructure, support services, freedom of capital movement, tax-free income and easy access to different markets.”
