Lilly names O’Neail government affairs VP
Eli Lilly & Co. has hired Shawn O’Neail as VP of government affairs, effective on May 13, leading the company’s federal and state government affairs initiatives. He will report to Leigh Ann Pusey, SVP of corporate affairs and communications. O’Neail was most recently head of federal government affairs at Novartis since 2017.

CMI/Compas promoted Gia Mauriello to EVP of customer experience and excellence. Previously, she was EVP of commercial excellence. Mauriello has worked at the WPP agency for more than two decades.

Corbus Pharmaceuticals has named Brian Walsh as head of global marketing; he previously worked at EMD Serono. Agios Pharmaceuticals has appointed Stephanie Mason as director of rare genetic disease marketing; she previously worked at Alexion Pharmaceuticals. Amy Pott has joined Sobi as head of Sobi North America. She was previously group VP and U.S. franchise head for internal medicine and oncology at Shire.
