Glenniss Richards is a relatively recent arrival to pharma. When she was the second person to be hired as part of Bayer’s in-house media team in June 2021, she was coming from a background in the financial world. In just over two years, it has become clear that she brings an invaluable set of skills to her role as senior director, digital media activation.

Richards has driven innovation with programmatic use of addressable TV and executing the adoption of alpha and beta tests with a variety of digital partners. These have, in turn, increased efficiency and demonstrated new capabilities. She has also expanded Bayer’s in-house digital capabilities and strengthened crucial partnerships, all while future-proofing the department in anticipation of a cookie-less world.

Richards also helps the girls in her Girl Scout troop prepare for their futures, teaching them skills that will allow them to make a difference in the world.
