Grace Rodriguez has a reputation as a seasoned marketer, with extensive experience in leading new product launches and developing integrated DTC marketing and advertising plans. However, those are not the traits that her colleagues focus on when describing her.

Rodriguez is known for the passion and the positivity that she brings to her work. She is a tireless problem-solver, focused on building relationships both internally and externally, and she acts as both a mentor and a champion to the people on her teams. And, finally, in everything she does, she centers the consumer. From leading an innovative DTC strategy and advertising/communication efforts for UCB’s portfolio of immunology brands to spearheading UCB’s first-ever DTC TV and campaign shoot as part of the launch efforts for a new innovative product.

Rodriguez manages to do all this while also being an active and devoted mother to three daughters and a son.
