Over the course of her career, Jazmin Correa has become known for embodying a rare combination: She both pushes boundaries and delivers the best possible consumer experience. This has helped make her a leader at finding better ways to leverage digital, data and analytics to serve patients and healthcare providers, across all channels.

At Merck, Correa was a key leader of the Gardasil-9 and Vaxneuvance vaccines. Her background in behavioral science proved invaluable in addressing vaccine hesitancy and led to a number of innovative approaches to help improve vaccination rates. She assembled a cross-functional team to develop messaging that, deployed across Twitter, Instagram and Reddit, has been key to vaccine confidence efforts.

Correa also used her digital skills with the Peace Corps, working with the Philippine National Weather Bureau and IBM to implement digital-first climate change and disaster awareness campaigns for people in vulnerable regions.
