Mardene Miller has been named president of the Omnicom’s healthcare agency Harrison and Star. Miller has been with the agency for 15 years and was most recently one of three senior vice presidents. Ty Curran, who has been agency president since 2004, will remain CEO. The company said in a statement that dividing the roles of president and CEO is part of a transition plan that dates to 2011.

Omnicom’s LLNS has named Steve Hamburg chief creative officer. Hamburg, who joins from Rosetta, where he was chief creative partner, will lead creative for both the agency and the VUE Group network, and will report to LLNS chief Sharon Callahan. Prior to Rosetta, Hamburg was partner and chief creative officer at Wishbone-ITP, and before that, chief creative officer at BrandPharm and Nelson Communications.
