Pfizer’s request for confidential documents from The New England Journal of Medicine was rejected by a federal judge in Boston. This decision comes on the heels of a similar ruling by a federal judge in Chicago, which denied a motion to obtain documents from JAMA and the Archives of Internal Medicine. Pfizer sought documents regarding two of its products: Celebrex and Bextra.
