Core Capabilities

At ICC Lowe we build brands on medical insight based on sound understanding of our client’s disease category, product, and customer. To this end, we have built a team of 20 full-time, on-staff medical directors, all with advanced scientific and/or medical degrees, including MDs, PhDs, and PharmDs—creating a “critical mass” where medical directors operate at a depth unique to our industry.

In collaboration with medical insights, ICC Lowe believes today’s successful healthcare brands also require a deep understanding of evolving customer behaviors and ­progressive digital landscape. They will be expected to deliver on the audience’s desire for transparency and authenticity. This is especially true within healthcare communications, as our client’s target customers are engaging in life-changing conversations and decisions.

Marketers will continue to face significant internal and external pressures that will require their efforts to be measurable and continually optimized. The exponential pace of emerging technologies and the expectation of mobile, social, and gaming applications as part of the customer experience will demand a new approach.

Taken together, marketers and agencies will need to approach every disease state as if it were a rare disease–engaging niche audience segments through a comprehensive understanding of the medical insight and media consumption habits.
