At a time when the spotlight is trained on diversity and inclusion across the advertising industry, it’s surprising how little data have actually been available on the “state of diversity.” This webcast will share numbers, powered by the inaugural MM&M/Publicis Health Diversity Survey, to offer a picture of the status of diversity and inclusion among a segment of healthcare agency respondents. Findings extend from the makeup of these agencies’ total workforce to that of the C-suite, and also cover the manner in which they recruit and retain diverse talent of all levels. Hosts and special guests from different areas of pharma marketing will put the data in context, highlighting where healthcare agencies have made the biggest strides, as well as where progress is still needed.
