Becky Chidester, Wunderman Health

At a time that gender issues are rightly in the media spotlight, Chidester has emerged as a role model for women in healthcare and marketing, not to mention a catalyst for change among the industry’s male-dominated leadership. Of the 12 healthcare agencies that generated at least $100 million in U.S. revenue in 2015, only four are led by women. As the first exec to be appointed to Wunderman’s executive team, Chidester uses her status to encourage the recognition and empowerment of women across the network, including the launch of Women@Wunderman, an initiative committed to developing female leaders. Beyond her advocacy role, she has introduced pioneering capabilities to the agency in social listening, digital services, and the alliance of creativity and data, driving considerable year-on-year growth in the process.
