Klick Health appointed Ray Rosti as president of Klick Media on Wednesday morning.

An industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience in digital marketing and healthcare, Rosti joins the 2024 MM+M Agency 100 honoree following his most recent stint at Publicis Health Media (PHM), a fellow 2024 MM+M Agency 100 honoree.

While at PHM, he served as the agency’s chief digital officer and led more than 250 team members across functions like data strategy, digital activation and omnichannel enablement.

Rosti also played a pivotal role in the launch of PHM’s media group, including overseeing the development of capabilities across search engine optimization, search engine marketing, programmatic marketing and social media.

Before that 11-year run at PHM, he worked in various roles at another 2024 MM+M Agency 100 honoree, Razorfish Health, eventually ascending to VP of search engine marketing.

In an interview with MM+M, Klick COO Greg Rice cited Rosti’s proven track record, innovative approach to medical marketing and deep understanding of digital strategies as the credentials that made him the ideal candidate to expand Klick’s media capabilities.

“We are so excited to have Ray join the team” Rice said. “His vision aligns perfectly with our commitment to constantly push the edge for our clients from a solutions, results and ultimately value perspective. We are confident that he is going to be able to make a huge contribution to the company.”

Rosti echoed Rice’s sentiments and described Klick as a leader in the health landscape, noting that its “people-centric focus” drew him to the role.

“My passion in healthcare media has always been focused on delivering client value with an eye on what’s next and I’m excited about how Klick is ready to take the future on at the intersection of data, technology, media and healthcare,” he said.

Rosti added that during his time at PHM, he focused on building teams and processes which ultimately led to building out the agency’s functions. He said launching PHM’s media arm was an important career development for him and one he hopes to replicate in his new position at Klick.
