Rainville has over two decades of healthcare marketing, commercialization and brand development experience. He joins from Insulet, where he served as VP/GM of global Type 2 diabetes and led the company’s Omnipod Type 2 insulin pump franchise.
Before that, he spent 13 years with Eli Lilly, where he contributed to the launch of nine diabetes products globally and held a variety of leadership roles in sales, marketing and market access.
Rainville is tasked with expanding the reach of Bigfoot’s diabetes management program Unity into clinics and health systems. Unity has been on the market since last year.
