Capital Rx hires former Humana exec Marcel White as chief people officer

Pharmacy benefit manager Capital Rx has added Marcel White as its first chief people officer, the company announced Tuesday morning.

In the new position, White will lead talent acquisition for the PBM.

White brings more than 30 years of experience in human resources throughout the health insurance, pharmacy benefits and hospitality industries — most recently as head of HR at CenterWell Senior Primary Care with Humana. 

He also previously worked as SVP of HR for Enclara Healthcare, a PBM in hospice and palliative care and worked in HR at Aramark.
