Gilead Sciences announced Diane Wilfong will step down from her roles as SVP, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer effective March 1, 2023.
Sandra Patterson, who currently serves as Vice President, Assistant Controller will become SVP, Corporate Controller, and principal accounting officer effective next March. The company said Wilfong is expected to stay on for a period to assist with the transition for Patterson.
Gilead recently named Deborah Telman as EVP of corporate affairs and general counsel, succeeding Brett Pletcher, who is retiring after 17 years with the company.
