CMI/Compas ups Lee to COO, Woodland to strategy, finance chief

CMI/Compas has promoted Eugene Lee to COO. Previously, he was EVP and managing director at the WPP media firm for six years. Lee is responsible for global operations of media business leadership, media planning and media strategy disciplines for all clients. Former COO James Woodland was promoted to chief strategy and financial officer.

Shabtai joins Benchworks

Benchworks has hired Jeremy Shabtai as director of technology. He is a veteran of more than a dozen years at agencies Razorfish Health and Digitas Health. Shabtai will work to strengthen the firm’s digital capabilities via technology and strategic partnerships.

Pixacore adds three executives

Pixacore has added three members to its executive leadership team. The agency has named Daniel McNally as EVP and director of account services; Robin Roberts as leader of marketing and brand strategy; and David Garson as executive creative director.

Aduro names Nuyten chief medical officer

Aduro Biotech has appointed Dimitry Nuyten as chief medical officer. He was previously VP and immuno-oncology clinical development leader at Pfizer, overseeing clinical strategy for Bavencio, and group medical director and exploratory development team leader at Bristol-Myers Squibb.

Gilmore named Aprecia CEO

Aprecia has named Chris Gilmore as CEO. He was previously VP of strategic business ventures at Prasco Laboratories. Aprecia is a manufacturer of FDA-approved pharma products using three-dimensional printing.

Caris names Frendo as COO

Caris Life Sciences has hired Joseph Frendo as COO, overseeing technical and clinical staff operations and guiding strategies to advance quality. Previously, he was SVP of PBM Operations at CVS Health, and held roles at Medco Health Solutions.

McKesson promotes Kaminsky

McKesson has named Kirk Kaminsky as president of its U.S. pharmaceutical and speciality solutions business, reporting to CEO Brian Tyler. Kaminsky previously served as president of McKesson Specialty Provider Organization. He has worked as an executive at the company since 2003.

inVibe hires three

Market research organization inVibe Labs has named Kathryn Ticknor as head of research; Mariana Posada as research manager; and Zach Rigotti as software engineer. All three are newly created roles in Virginia, Philadelphia and Los Angeles, respectively.
