Martin Shkreli, nicknamed the ‘Pharma Bro,’ launched a new newsletter on Substack Thursday afternoon.

Shkreli’s newsletter, titled ‘Martin’s Newsletter,’ will focus on “investing, science and technology.”

He said that his first post, titled “5/11 – meet me on / quaternion,” was written in prison. Shkreli was serving a seven-year sentence for a 2017 conviction on two counts of securities fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit securities fraud.

Shkreli made national headlines in 2015 as CEO of Turing Pharmaceuticals, (now Vyera Pharmaceuticals) for raising the price of a life-saving drug.

Shkreli debuted the newsletter just over a month after he received an early release from FCI Allenwood Low.
The newsletter debut comes as the New York Post reported that activist investors are engaged in a shareholder battle for Turing and that Shkreli cannot vote his shares.
