Program scraps plan to seize personal Rx drugs from Canada

A US Customs and Border Protection program to seize personal drug prescriptions shipped from Canada has been scrapped.

A US Customs and Border Protection program to seize personal drug prescriptions shipped from Canada has been scrapped. Personal drug reimportation enforcement has been reassigned to the FDA. US Customs says it will focus on counterfeits and drugs containing the wrong active ingredient.
