Rare diseases affect some 300 million people worldwide, and on average, it takes seven years to get a diagnosis. That journey is scary, uncertain and largely unrecognized by the general public. Intouch Group celebrated Rare Disease Day with a campaign focused on patients who’ve successfully navigated the diagnostic odyssey. It exceeded all its goals, with 1.2 million impressions reaching 600,000 unique people.
