Black employees at TBWA\WorldHealth filmed and shared personal stories of racial bias in the healthcare system, creating a campaign our judges describe as cohesive and authentic. Its exploration of health disparities is warm, skillful and effective. #BlackHealthNow has gotten 2 million impressions on Twitter, more than 35,000 video views on LinkedIn and 50,000 on Instagram. And it has led to an increase in Black applicants.
