AbelsonTaylor announced the promotions of Rachael Dodson, Kelly Rupiper, Sophie De Geest and Dyer Vann to account executive.

Flashpoint Medica, a member of the Omnicom Group, has launched Flashlight Interactive, a new business unit devoted to digital communications. The new division will be led by agency veteran Kristen Goelz, who joins the company as VP, director of interactive services.

PharmaCentra, an Atlanta-based marketing and services firm for the pharmaceutical industry, has added Clark Ridge to its leadership team. Ridge will serve as the VP of operations and client services.
