HC&B named Amy Chase senior interactive project manager. Chase joins the Austin-based shop from Digitas Health in Philadelphia, where she was senior delivery manager and led the project management team for Abbott's multimillion dollar account. At HC&B she'll work on the Alcon, US Oncology and Austin Gastroentereology accounts, and reports to Joe Doyle, interactive director.

Cambridge BioMarketing named Jessica Lloyd senior account executive working on the shop's Alexion Pharmaceuticals and Millennium accounts. Lloyd joins from L7 Creative Communications, where she was client success supervisor.

Alpha & Omega, a Somerset, NJ-based medical communications company, named Ken Kramer, PhD to the position of SVP, medical director. Kramer joins Alpha & Omega from Parexel Medical Marketing, where he was director of scientific strategy.
