When Becky Vonsiatsky started at Real Chemistry (then WeissComm Partners) 16 years ago as the agency’s first intern, founder Jim Weiss advised her to “make it happen.” She has since served in nearly every role at the agency, transitioning in 2017 from the account side to media and engagement, where she was elevated to practice leader in April 2021.
Vonsiatsky’s career has been defined by her future-forward approach to media relations resulting in award-winning work and an ability to identify and creatively address operational challenges with solutions often adopted agency-wide. Under her leadership, the media and engagement team consistently outperforms industry benchmarks in critical areas, including management (14% over industry standard), inclusion (11%) and feedback and recognition (15%).
