A rising star in healthcare advertising and marketing at just 29 years old, Dante Gleason has already consulted at the pharma level at Johnson & Johnson, earned an MBA from the St. Joseph’s Haub School of Business and garnered the attention from his peers and leadership at CMI. 

Starting as an associate media planner, Gleason drove the tactical implementation of his assigned accounts. He has been responsible for planning and executing HCP-focused media plans for pharma brands spanning various disease states (dermatology, rheumatology, cardiology and oncology to name a few) and product life-cycle phases, spanning pre-launch to mature brands. 

Gleason has also launched some of his client’s first true omnichannel campaigns, closing the connection between personal and non-personal promotions.
