Diala Habib joined Healthcare Consultancy Group straight from her neuroscience postdoctoral research position, rising to the role of managing director of the growing 200-person agency in just 10 years. During her tenure as director of medical and scientific services, the department doubled in size with the highest retention reported for that group in five years, a period in which revenue growth also doubled. 

Habib’s most notable impacts in the industry are in the fields of dermatology and rheumatology, where she successfully led the U.S. commercial launch and post-launch strategy of a blockbuster drug across three indications and one label expansion over 10 years. Under her leadership, the agency saw the largest organic growth on a single brand of approximately 300% spanning HCP engagement, multichannel dissemination, HCP social media and medical affairs.
