With 13 years of experience in the life sciences industry, Gregory Thomas embodies Endo’s strategic priority of “being a force for good.” Channeling his passion for men’s health, Thomas worked with industry partners to launch Healthy Now: A Men’s Health Coalition in partnership Vault Health, the Sexual Medicine Society of North America (SMSNA) and Men’s Health Network. Together they created a campaign to encourage men to make all aspects of their health — physical, mental and sexual — a priority.

Recently, he helped lead the team that launched the eye-catching Xiaflex marketing campaign Bent Carrot, the first branded campaign for the product, which included Endo’s first branded TV commercial. Despite continued COVID-19-related pressures in healthcare, the product grew 37% in 2021 thanks in part to Thomas’ leadership.
