Ian Ocilka has focused his professional life on opening patient access channels to specialty pharmaceutical products. From operations to account management to strategy and planning, he works to make it easier for patients to get on and stay on their medication.
As director of product strategy at Careform, Ocilka was instrumental in building the company’s CRM, leveraging his operations experience to help establish the ops team and playing a vital role in securing Careform’s 2017 Pittsburgh Business Times Health IT Company of the Year nomination.
Before he became SVP of client solutions, Ocilka was in the pivotal role of SVP, business planning and analytics at ConnectiveRx. While in that role, he built a new business model to measure and predict volume, demand and forecasting for existing business, as well as new clients. And when a senior client-facing role became available, he jumped at the opportunity.
