Coming from a family of doctors, Karishma Parikh knew she would dedicate her life to helping patients, but in her own way. She began her career in the pharmaceutical industry while still in college with two influential internships: first with Merck as a medical writer, then at IMS Health, where she tackled global marketing projects.

On the digital marketing team at Bristol Myers Squibb, Parikh oversaw products within the immunology and hematology/oncology space. From there it was a natural transition to commercial marketing, where she was responsible for a more than $1 billion brand, generating 6% growth — a challenging feat in a mature marketplace.

At ADC Therapeutics, Parikh has been indispensable in commercializing the company’s first drug, Zynlonta, developing competitive messaging while also overseeing the rollout of the first trigger-based campaign and executing the first live POA for the company.
