Immigrating to the U.S. from Cuba at age 10, Loreley Rey’s passion for creating an impact was ingrained from an early age. A natural communicator, Rey found that she could best impact change and help others through purposeful communication and relationship building. After graduating from St. Peter’s University, Rey began her career in advertising at The Vidal Partnership, one of the top multicultural advertising agencies in the U.S. This position allowed her to combine a passion for her native Latin culture with an interest in advertising.

Rey has been an integral leader in the launch of Dieste Health, a business unit of Dieste focused on health equity, all part of the Omnicom Advertising Collective. Rey’s leadership has grown the agency from a startup of five people in 2019 to a small firm of more than 20 team members.
