Tekla Buss joined Allergan in 2015 as a member of the newly formed Facial Injector Training team, where she supported multiple product launches and portfolio training curricula. After Allergan’s acquisition of Zeltiq in 2017, she helped integrate body contouring products into the Allergan portfolio, increasing incremental sales growth across the portfolio. Buss elevated the team’s training curriculum, increased reach by 150% and secured high attendee satisfaction ratings. 

She also launched Allergan Medical Institute’s Evolution Tour, an initiative for Juvéderm Vollure that included content development, international key opinion leader engagement and product launch tactics. As the executive director of professional marketing for Botox Cosmetic, Buss helped institute the company’s The Look of 3 campaign, driving more than 85,000 social impressions, over 7,000 website visits and record sales. The campaign was awarded the Rx Club Award of Excellence in 2021.
