Virgo Health is unique among Ones to Watch agencies in several ways. It’s network-owned, following its acquisition by IPG’s GolinHarris (now Golin) in 2012, and it reaches drinking age in 2024. Also, it swims in blue-chip waters, especially after the 2023 additions of work from Eli Lilly, AbbVie and Pfizer. The additions allowed — or maybe required — Virgo Health to jump head count by more than 30%, from 50 people at the start of 2023 to 67 at its conclusion. The company also established its first U.S.-based in-house studio and tapped VP, creative director George Pearson to head it up.
