Since its founding in 2009, YAMA Group has cultivated a well-earned reputation as one of the agency world’s top project shops. That’s not to say the company thumbs its nose at AOR engagements, but its successful project work on a host of prominent brands — Botox, Humira and Keytruda among the 19 on its roster — suggests an organization that knows its strengths. In 2023, YAMA jumped revenue by 67%, to $5 million, in the wake of new business from AbbVie (three brands), Takeda (two) and Pfizer (one). It also expanded its service offerings with MetaPatient, which the company describes as “hyperrealistic digital patients for the metaverse.”
