Sepracor’s Andrew Koven is following the company’s former CEO over to Inspire Pharmaceuticals, where he will be EVP chief administrative and legal officer. Koven served as EVP, general counsel and corporate secretary at Sepracor since 2007. His new boss, Inspire president and CEO Adrian Adams, was CEO of the Cambridge biotech but jumped to Durham-based Inspire following the acquisition of Sepracor by Dainippon Sumitomo.
