Nycomed US named Steve Andrzejewski CEO. Andrzejewski joins Nycomed from King Pharmaceuticals, where he was chief commercial officer. He assumes responsibility for Nycomed US including manufacturing in Melville and Hicksville, NY along with distribution and commercial operations for the three marketing and sales divisions (Fougera, PharmaDerm and Savage Laboratories).

Bristol-Myers Squibb’s Joyce Banister was awarded the Healthcare Convention and Exhibitors Association’s Distinguished Service Award for her more than 20 years of service in the healthcare convention marketing and exhibitions industry and her dedication to HCEA. Banister is associate director, advertising resources at BMS and a past HCEA president.
