The Hal Lewis Group has promoted Nadya Karastoyanova from account coordinator to assistant account executive.

Alla Litovchenko is promoted to associate creative director, art; Will Tsang is promoted to designer; Matt Thorsen joins as director of creative services; Bruce Macindoe joins as senior art director; Ian Koff comes aboard as copywriter and Jason Chin joins as interactive art director.
