Marinus Pharmaceuticals, a specialty therapeutics manufacturer, has appointed John Krayacich as president and CEO. Krayacich will be responsible for the business development of ganaxolone, an adult and pediatric epilepsy product currently in Phase II, as well as chelerythrine, a pre-clinical schizophrenia treatment.
Contract research firm INC Research has promoted Nick Kenny, PhD, to senior vice president of oncology. Kenny was previously vice president of oncology.

The Cadient Group has appointed Todd Greene as strategic engagement director. Greene’s position includes brand planning and strategic recommendations related to physician-patient dialogue for Cadient’s clients. He will report to Linda Hutchins, group account director, at the New York City office.
Publicis Selling Solutions named Kevin Sharp director of client services. Sharp, who previously worked at Wyeth, was most recently head of an eponymous consultancy. The contract sales firm also named Sheena Rush client services administrator and Eileen Sigle business development analyst.
