inVentiv Health interactive shop Blue Diesel has announced five new appointments: Chris Devine was hired as interactive designer at the agency’s Columbus office; Nicole Grycan was named account manager at the Columbus office; Joseph Bailey was hired as account coordinator at the Newtown office; Richard Martin was named senior interactive designer at the Newtown office; and William Verbist was hired as interactive art director, also at the Newtown office.
XOMA, a developer of antibody therapeutics, announced that John Varian has joined its board of directors. Varian currently serves as the chief operating officer and chief financial officer of Aryx Therapeutics.
