The American College of Cardiology’s Board of Trustees approved sanctions against a physician for leaks that broke an embargo on COURAGE trial data presented at the ACC’s March Annual Scientific Session. Dr. Martin Leon, of Columbia University, will be prohibited from participating in the organization’s next annual session as a presenter, reviewer or panelist.
