HMP acquires Princeton Media

HMP Communications Holdings LLC has bought med ed firm Princeton Media Associates LLC.

HMP Communications Holdings is the parent company of medical publisher HMP Communications LLC and the North American Center for Continuing Medical Education (NACCME), which offers certified CME accredited through the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) and the ACCME. Princeton Media Associates’ med ed arm, PrincetonCME, is accredited by ACPE and is working toward ACCME accreditation. HMP plans to merge NACCME with PrincetonCME, moving the former’s operations to Millstone Township, NJ.
