IMC2 Health and Wellness’ mainline sibling IMC2 is rebranding as MEplusYOU, and the Dallas-based indie agency group is forming a holding company, Agencies of Change. The umbrella will contain IMC2 Health and Wellness and MEplusYOU as well as Technology Spa.
IMC2 was founded in 1995. The New York, Philly and-Dallas-based healthcare shop, which is unaffected by the change, services accounts with Pfizer, GSK and Novartis, among other clients.
“We see a fundamental shift taking place in how brands relate with people. MEplusYOU is leading its clients through this shift, providing them with the creative and strategic counsel,” said Doug Levy, CEO.
