Two similar agencies have teamed up to help medical technology clients.

Crowe PR announced Tuesday morning that it has finalized a strategic alliance with ParkerWhite to boost their respective medtech capabilities.

The two agencies have much in common: both are women-owned, based in San Diego and focus on the healthcare sector. Crowe PR is an agency focused on healthcare technology brands while ParkerWhite is a B2B and B2C branding and digital marketing firm that supports healthcare and wellness brands.

In a joint press release, the two companies said the strategic alliance will offer medtech clients with “complementary expertise” in the space along with a host of services including media relations, influencer marketing, brand strategy and video production services, among many others.

“Modernizing a company’s brand elevates the corporate culture and customer experience and drives business success. Earned media and content creation takes the strategic marketing approach to the next level by increasing overall awareness of companies, their capabilities, and their message,” ParkerWhite CEO Cindy White said in a statement. “Having a strategic alliance with Crowe PR, another woman-owned, San Diego creative company, complements the work we do.”

Crowe PR CEO Anna Crowe echoed White’s sentiments about the alliance in a statement.

“Crowe PR gravitates to clients and creative partners that are committed to innovation and changing lives. This is especially true in the MedTech space which is one of our three core focus areas as an agency,” Crowe said. “Cindy and the entire team at ParkerWhite share our passion for excellence, creativity, and innovation. We are inspired by their impressive portfolio of work and look forward to offering full-service to MedTech clients seeking a synergistic approach to branding and market awareness.”

The ParkerWhite alliance also marks the latest strategic partnership for Crowe PR to kick off 2023.

The agency announced the ParkerWhite news just over a month after forming a strategic partnership with Smarty Social Media, an agency that specializes in healthcare and medical device marketing. The two organizations previously collaborated on work for healthcare clients like DermTech, a melanoma testing company, Sonendo, a company combating tooth decay and Greater Good Health, a primary care access company.
