Health information website Healthline beat rival WebMD in monthly unique visitors for the first time in June, according to Comscore.

Healthline racked up more than 81.3 million visitors in June, compared with WebMD’s 75.9 million. Healthline also broke into the top 40 most visited properties on the internet at No. 39, just above Reddit. WebMD was ranked No. 43.

Healthline also saw its monthly visitors grow more quickly than WebMD. Healthline reported a 35% increase in visitors year-over-year, while WebMD saw a 2% increase.

“Healthline’s No. 1 ranking reflects the impact we’re making by providing new channels and approaches to connect people to information about health and wellness,” said David Kopp, CEO of Healthline. “We believe that this milestone is largely due to Healthline’s relentless focus on quality that delivers empathy, medical accuracy, meaningful community engagement, and content that communicates what consumers need along their health journeys.”

Comscore also ranked Healthline No. 1 among mobile health information websites and in the health category overall for the past six months.

Founded in 2006, Healthline includes health information for more than 200 common conditions, as well as health communities, a symptom checker and health-related news. The company took an investment from private equity firm Summit Partners in 2016. Healthline Media operates three websites: Healthline.com, Medical News Today and wellness website Greatist. It has more than 300 employees in offices in San Francisco, New York City, and Brighton, U.K.

Red Ventures acquired Healthline Media last week for an undisclosed amount.
